Purchase terms & refund policy

What you are buying

Paid plays start at $1.00 USD and provides access to the selected sports pick and its analysis in your 365Cappers account. This is a one-time digital-content purchase, not a subscription or a wager. We do not accept bets, hold betting balances, or pay winnings. Picks are opinions for information and entertainment; no result or profit is guaranteed. Odds and lines can change.

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher age requirement applicable where you live. Use the service only where lawful. Content is for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Checkout, delivery & receipts

Review your cart and total before continuing to Stripe's hosted checkout. Each play's configured USD price is shown before purchase; any applicable taxes included in that price are the seller's responsibility. No additional site fee or recurring charge applies. Your bank may apply currency-conversion fees.

New checkout closes 31 minutes before the earliest selected game's scheduled start. Complete checkout within the time shown by Stripe. Access appears in My Picks after payment is confirmed, including when you do not return from Stripe. A redirect alone does not confirm payment. Your account shows previous orders, purchased picks, refunds, and links to Stripe receipts.

By agreeing at checkout, you request immediate delivery of the digital content after payment. Card and bank information is handled by Stripe; 365Cappers keeps only purchase and access records. See our Privacy PolicyPurchase terms & refunds.

Weekly, monthly and season passes

Passes are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Each pass covers only its named handicapper and specified sport, or all sports when stated. Weekly access lasts seven days from verified payment; monthly access lasts one calendar month. Season access ends on the date displayed before checkout. Access covers published paid picks whose kickoff falls within the purchased access period. Picks outside that scope and other handicappers are not included. No minimum number of picks or winning results is guaranteed. Your account shows the pass expiry. Removing a pass from sale does not cancel existing purchases.

Refunds & problems

Contact support@365cappers.com with your order number and the problem. Never send card numbers or bank details. We will refund duplicate charges and paid content that we cannot deliver. If an event is cancelled before it begins or a purchased play is withdrawn before delivery, contact us to request a refund for that play. Postponements and other access issues are reviewed individually.

Once the purchased content is delivered, a losing pick, changed odds, or a change of mind does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or misdescribed content. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method; your bank determines when the refund appears. Access may be suspended while a payment dispute is reviewed. Full refunds remove access to that order's content. Partial refunds remain visible in order history.

Responsible use & support
